Groomers
Meet Our Groomers
Our grooming staff is intimately connected to their work as a craft. Like all of our staff, they know our patients rely on them not only for a pleasant bath and a stylish cut, but as stewards of your pets health.
Your pets skin and coat are an important indicator of overall health. Treating grooming as an integrated part of your pets health gives us another layer of screening for minute or elusive skin conditions, or other ailments. Often enough, pets who have been brought in for routine grooming have been referred to our doctors for an abnormal lesion, bump or discoloration. Some of these conditions may turn out to be indicative of a more serious condition. We recognize that every chance to see your pet is an opportunity to detect any possible maladies in an earlier stage, where treatment will be less complicated and more likely to succeed.
Jackie Gomez has been with us since 2009. Jackie knows her visitors, and treats them with the individual care and attention they deserve. It is not an infrequent sight to see Jackie parading around her latest work though the hospital, drawing ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’.
