Total Sweethearts

These two critters were found tied up (24 hours a day) in a side yard. The owner, self admittedly, was physically abusive with them. After much “negotiation,” Erin (the hero of this,and many other, stories) convinced the owners to let her take both of the pups.

I don’t know if I can sufficiently express how impossibly sweet and good-natured these dogs are. They are so loving that the minute I walked into their run for a visit, I was instantly covered in sweet Jindo kisses. They are quite literally starved for affection. They act a little shy, but just they slightest hint that you want to be their friend and they are all over you. It is one of the most heartbreaking and heartwarming experiences I have ever had.

They are about 10 months old; one female, one male. They will be neutered/spayed on September 15, and have started their vaccine boosters as of yesterday. they seem to be in very good health, just underweight and some loose stool, but nothing that can’t be resolved with a good healthy diet.
